This is always our hotel of choice when we visit London - we wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else! We arrived at Sunday lunchtime and were greeted warmly by staff on Reception. We went over to the Restaurant for lunch and we enjoyed a nice meal. We had a lovely room on the 8th floor with a great view of the parks and London. We always find the hotel very quiet over night, which considering it is on a busy road is quite an achievement. Breakfast is great; plentiful and with lots of choice. The hotel is in a fantastic location near several tubes and we always feel very safe there. We will be back! :)

We chose this hotel after hours of searching the Internet due to location to the areas of London we wanted to visit, our budget, but also that breakfast was included, because we didn’t want to waste endless hours searching for breakfast each day. Upon check in we discovered that we had been upgraded! We had a lovely view of Kensington Gardens from our 5th floor room and a huge queen-size bed. Prior to arrival we had emailed that it was a special occasion our silver wedding so this upgrade was lovely. On our anniversary day the staff left us a card and a lovely platter of macaroons and fruit with a happy anniversary message in our room which was so thoughtful. The delicious breakfast buffet really set us up for the day, there was so much choice from fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries and of course full English breakfast too. We spent three nights at this hotel and will definitely visit again and will recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and staff, reasonably priced for the area. Break very good. check in and out very quick. Would recommend for a stay in London. Great views over the park and close to underground station

Me and my partner had to stay in London for a night and we've chosen this hotel and I have to say I was very impressed with it. Location was great for what we need it and the room was very nice and it has a great view of Kensington Park. Overall our experience was great and I would definitely go back there anytime I'll be in London.

This was the perfect hotel for 2 girls visiting London. The room was spacious and had 2 comfortable twin beds. Room temperature was perfect and we had a beautiful view of Hyde Park. Also a quick 15 min walk to Paddington Station to catch the express to Heathrow. Lovely stay! Highly recommend.

Good location and easy access for public transportations. Staff very friendly and if you have any concerns they will help you right of way. I stayed one of the standard room and was great for my wife and I.

I seldom give reviews if ever, but i couldn't stay silent about this hotel! I had a great stay receiving an impeccable service. The morning manager fixed any issue for us and was so great to resolve it. I travel globally on business staying 175 nights a year, at the usual big name hotels and Thistle will be me and my staffs new go to hotel when doing business London. Thanks again, I would definitely recommend!

My son and I stayed 2 nights and this hotel was GREAT. Staff was great. Big clean room. Good location. Felt it was good value for money. It was the best hotel we stayed in out of 6 during our vacation.

We stayed two nights in Thistle Kensington Gardens and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location opposite huge park and near two tube lines and great restaurant strip. Room was well appointed with view of park. Restaurant breakfast was excellent quality and variety with beautiful croissants and Danish pastries.

Having previously stayed at the Thistle Kensington Gardens, I knew what to expect. Friendly staff, a comfortable room, a nice breakfast and most importantly, easy connectivity to Central London. I wasn’t disappointed and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Fabulous hotel with a very central location. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms great. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Free minibar and WiFi . Very value for money. Thank you Thistle Hotel and all your lovely staff!
